Reward the whole stay — not just the room rate.

Most of your margin isn't in the room. It's in the restaurant, the spa, the bar and the late checkout. A programme that only counts room nights is ignoring the profitable half of the property.

Illustrative figures from a regional hotel group. Yours will differ.

The three problems every hotel group brings us

They're commercial problems with a loyalty-shaped solution — not IT projects.

OTAs own the relationship

You pay 15–20% for a guest whose email you never see. A programme that's only worth joining on the third stay never breaks that cycle.

F&B and spa are invisible

The restaurant runs its own POS, the spa runs another, and neither talks to the PMS. Half the guest's spend never reaches their profile.

Locals are treated as tourists

In the GCC a large share of your covers are residents who never book a room. They're your most frequent customers and usually your least recognised.

How we work with a hotel group

We map every revenue centre

Rooms, restaurants, bars, spa, events, parking, retail. We work out where the margin sits and which of those outlets can afford to give points — and which should be receiving them as a reward instead. That map decides the whole design.

We join the PMS to the outlet POS

The guest profile becomes one identity across the property and across the group. Charge to room, walk-in dining and spa bookings all land on the same member record — including residents who never stay the night. Rate codes and OTA bookings are recognised so you can reward direct booking properly.

We build tiers out of hospitality, not discounts

Upgrades subject to availability, 2pm checkout, a table held on a Friday, breakfast included, spa access on a quiet Tuesday. Benefits that cost you the marginal price of an empty asset and read to the guest as generosity. Cash discounts stay the last resort, not the first.

We open it to partners

Airline miles convert into stays; your points convert out to partners for the guest who'll never accumulate enough for a free night. Front desk and reservations get one screen showing tier, balance and preferences — so recognition happens at the counter, where guests actually feel it.

After launch

What actually changes once it's live

Things your GMs and revenue team will see in the first two quarters.

Direct booking share climbs

Members book direct because points and tier benefits only apply there. Every point moved off an OTA is commission you keep.

Guests spend more on property

When dinner earns points toward the next stay, the guest eats in the hotel instead of walking out to the mall next door.

Residents become a real segment

Local diners and spa regulars finally show up in your data — a base you can fill midweek covers with, without touching rate.

Empty inventory earns its keep

Upgrades and quiet-day spa slots become rewards. You give away something that was going to sit idle and get loyalty for it.

Recognition happens at the desk

Staff see tier and preferences on arrival. "Welcome back, Mr Haddad — the corner table again?" does more than any email you'll ever send.

Group-wide view of the guest

One member across every property, so a Riyadh regular is recognised the first time they walk into your Dubai hotel.

What we connect to

Pre-built connectors for hospitality systems, plus a REST API for the property that runs something unusual.

Let's model this for your business.

Bring your outlet list and a month of transactions. We'll show you what the programme would cost, what it would earn back, and how long it takes to launch.
