One card for campus life — and one for the things worth encouraging.

A student wallet that carries canteen credit, campus spend and partner discounts off site — plus a recognition layer for attendance, achievement and participation, with parents able to see and top up.

What makes education different

We treat this sector carefully. Rewarding children isn't the same as rewarding shoppers, and the design has to reflect that.

Parents hold the purse

Any wallet a student carries has to be visible and controllable by a parent — balance, top-ups, spending limits and allergy or dietary restrictions at the canteen.

Recognition must stay non-commercial

Points for effort, reading, attendance and community service should redeem for privileges and school rewards — not turn schoolwork into a shopping trip.

Data protection is stricter

Minors' data, consent, retention limits and who can see what. We keep the student record separate from any commercial partner and share nothing without explicit consent.

How we work with a school or college

We separate the two currencies

Money and merit stay apart. A cashless wallet handles canteen, uniform shop, trips and events — funded by parents. A separate merit currency rewards attendance, effort, reading, sport and service, and redeems for privileges, house points and school-controlled rewards. Nobody can buy their way to a merit badge.

We connect the student information system

Enrolment, year groups, houses and guardians sync automatically, so accounts appear at the start of term and close when a student leaves. Teachers award merits from a phone in two taps; canteen tills and library systems read the same identity, whether that's a card, a wristband or a QR code.

We give parents a clear window

One app: top up, see what was bought at the canteen, set daily limits and block items on dietary or allergy grounds, and follow the merits their child earned this week. Payment for trips and events runs through the same wallet, which takes a large amount of administration off the school office.

We build the student offers network

For universities and colleges, the same digital ID unlocks verified student pricing with local cafés, bookshops, transport, gyms and online services — merchants get verified student traffic, students get real value, and the institution gets a benefit that costs it nothing. Age-appropriate categories only, always.

After launch

What actually changes once it's live

For the office, the staff room and the family.

Cash leaves the campus

No more lost lunch money, no cash boxes in the canteen, no envelopes for trips. Queues at the till get noticeably shorter too.

Recognition reaches quieter students

When merits are logged rather than remembered, effort and improvement get noticed — not just the students who were always going to win prizes.

Attendance patterns surface early

Participation and attendance data in one place means pastoral teams see a student drifting weeks before it shows up in results.

The office stops chasing payments

Trip fees, uniform, events and canteen top-ups all reconcile automatically instead of consuming an administrator's week.

Parents feel included

A weekly note showing what their child achieved and ate does more for parent satisfaction than most newsletters ever manage.

Student life gets cheaper

On campuses, verified student offers off site become a genuine part of the value of attending — and a recruitment talking point.

Let's model this for your business.

Bring your outlet list and a month of transactions. We'll show you what the programme would cost, what it would earn back, and how long it takes to launch.
